Interactive Computational Workbench for Single Cell Genomics Analysis

The Office of Advanced Research Computing (OARC) staff built an interactive computational workbench for single cell genomics applications to help researchers in dealing with large scale data analysis and visualization. Single cell genomics techniques are important to understand the biology at cell level and widely used in several research and clinical applications, including the research to understand the interaction of virus-immune system. The computational workbench developed at OARC helps campus researchers analyze large scale single cell genomics data without worrying about the complexity of computational algorithm or advanced cyber infrastructure. The interactive application allows a researcher to move the data from the device to the data center, run a data intensive  computational pipeline, and visualize the final results.
