Data in motion: utilizing the science DMZ and DTNs for optimal performance

Learn how to efficiently manage and transfer large-scale datasets using a high-speed science DMZ and Data Transfer Nodes (DTNs). This workshop will cover best practices, tools, and strategies to streamline your data workflows while maximizing performance and security.
Target audiences: Graduate students, postdocs, research computing staff, principal investigators, faculty
Pre-requisite: Basic Linux commands.
All workshops have a hands-on component: To fully participate, attendees are required to:
- Have a laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Have a basic understanding of using a command-line interface (terminal/shell).
- Have a working SSH client installed on their laptop. (e.g., PuTTY for Windows, Terminal for macOS/Linux)
