Biography
Dr. Kholodovych coordinates the usage of OARC cyberinfrastructure resource and assists the research community with training, utilization and compliance with regulations set for protected data environment. He has been a computational scientist for life sciences at Rutgers since 2001. He oversees an integration of the high-performance computing resources in the ongoing research within Rutgers and helps to enhance and optimize the current scientific activities. In addition to his role within OARC, Dr. Kholodovych holds two adjunct positions, as an Associate Professor at the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacology, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He teaches several graduate level courses on Structural Bioinformatics and Drug Design at Rutgers University and regularly serves as a scientific advisor on graduate and PhD committees.
